Elevate Holistic Therapies: Treatment Agreement
Please read the following treatment agreement carefully.

By submitting your details and confirming your booking, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
This agreement exists to ensure clarity, fairness and a respectful experience for everyone.Treatment Sessions:
All treatment sessions begin at the agreed booking time and run for the duration booked. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time, even if you arrive late. If you do not arrive or make contact within 15 minutes of the start of your appointment, the session will be classed as a missed appointment and charged at the full treatment fee.Cancellations and Changes:
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel, postpone or reschedule a treatment session. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged at the full treatment fee. In the event of a genuine emergency or serious accident, please prioritise your own wellbeing and contact me as soon as you are able. Each situation will be considered with care and discretion.Payment:
Payment is required in advance of each treatment session and is made by bank transfer. I can also accept cash payment at the beginning of each session if your prefer. If you do not have access to online banking, please let me know before your appointment so alternative arrangements can be discussed.Respect and Safety:
Elevate Holistic Therapies provides a professional, respectful and safe environment at all times. Any inappropriate behaviour, language or conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and the full treatment fee will remain payable.Health and Medical Disclaimer:
Complementary therapies offered by Elevate Holistic Therapies are intended to support wellbeing but are categorically not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical advice from their GP or healthcare provider for any medical concerns and to inform me of any relevant health conditions before treatment.Professional Boundaries:
I reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if I believe it is no longer appropriate or beneficial. Where possible, I will aim to support you by signposting you to a more suitable complementary healthcare practitioner.Agreement:
By booking a session with Elevate Holistic Therapies, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this treatment agreement.
